2081 has been a hell of a year for St Louis. An astral anomaly left a 2 mile radius around downtown a toxic hellscape, and a massacre at a boxing match left hundreds dead or missing. At the center of it all are the Glitches, a shadowrunning team made up of Eris the face, Binary the technomancer, Collateral the muscle, and Jet the sneakthief.

The girls attempt to navagate the criminal elements of the St Louis streets, all while looking out for themselves, each other, and the people they love. Throughout season 1, it became clear that things are not as they seem, and that St Louis is about to become ground zero for a battle between powers beyond the ken of most mortals. There's the Black Veilled Prophets, a shadowy group of St Louis elites. There's a mysterious woman with ties to the Russian Mafia who hunts dragons for fun. Perhaps most terrifying is Dr Kobe, a man who performed inhumane experiments on the children at the orphanage where Collateral and Binary grew up.

We join the Glitches in the middle of a seemingly mundane job that involved safely extracting a doctor and her son. The intent was to keep them safe for 48 hours before they will be moved to their ultimate destination, but nothing is ever that simple, is it? Turns out that the son is being tailed by a spirit, and the doctor has a bomb implanted in her sinus. Can the girls keep their cool and finish the mission?
